If it's that easy, why hasn't MU made a Final Four or been a consistent Top 20 program. The best coach in MU history never made a Final Four. Snyder and Anderson and Anderson and Haith all failed to establish a consistent Top 25 program.

I think all fans, including MU and Illini, fans overestimate the attractiveness of the coaching job at their school and how easy it is to win.
