It doesn't take much to be a Top 25 "job"

I don't think we're close to being a Top 25 team, but the resources are certainly in place to make it close to a Top 25 job. The administration needs to be solidified and the pay needs to increase. Those two things alone, along with the facilities in place, get you close.
