The semantics of the word "program" often depend on context.

Sometimes it means all-time, other times it means recent history, and sometimes it simply refers to the current coaching staff.
I take it you are referring to recent history / coaching staff, in which case we have the potential to be a top 10 program, possibly even top 5 with a home run hire.
If you're referring to all-time or for the past several decades, then top 20 is more realistic, and that would take consistent high-level success.
Currently, I'd rank our program around 30-35 all-time. When we hired Quin, it was probably 25-30, so we have fallen off a bit, but Quin's and MA's Elite 8 runs helped to quell the slide a bit.
The *job*, however, is top 20-25 based on its potential, as I explained in the OP. We have definitely underachieved historically, especially in the NCAA tournament.
