why would we be worried about the conference imploding? Someone would want us (and did).
Haith was a lazy recommendation by a search firm. Ties to UT, seemed to do something at Miami. Young, recruiter. He was fine. Using Mike Anderson's recruits to claim that "even Frank Haith won here" and that "winning is easy" is just stupid. If you don't put in the work, you won't win. Period.
Missouri's a good job. The two metro areas produce about 6-10 D1 talents per year, maybe 1 or 2 of those being elite. If you can keep them all home, you have something. If you can get 1 or 2, then you have a base to build around.
