This season we faced the single strongest negative recruiting factor we've faced since the Clemons stuff - Kim's instability and likelihood of getting fired.

Look at the rumors around the guys in the last class. Guys had no interest in playing for this staff they thought was getting fired. To say he's erased the negative recruiting ammo is LOL.
