where it could steal land for roads? You really like your legalized institutions of theft.

Who said that easements would cease to exist? Why would you set up a toll both on a road that you didn't own?

Road companies would negotiate to purchase parcels of land to build the roads. The former owner of the land wouldn't have any right to set up a toll booth on that road. What a ridiculous example.
