I've acknowledged multiple times now that there would be a serious market correction.
Stock markets would revert to honest price discovery, which is a good thing.
Likely, many banks would fail. That is also a good thing, every bank in the US operates with fractional-reserves (i.e. fraudulently lending money that does not exist) as supported by a fiat-money federal reserve backstop. This is an inherently risky business model, and it needs to fail and restructure.
Yes, there would be short term unemployment, as resources were taken back from the govt and returned to the taxpayers. But, once those resources were returned, they would be employed in new productive ways. That's the "correction".
