with labor, tools, and resources.

The government stole purchasing power from private people and used that purchasing power to command labor, tools, and resources to build roads.

"If you eliminate the government, do you think those roads would still exist?"

Of course, many similar roads would exist. People need transportation. And it's not like the govt. created asphalt out of thin air.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
