Why the fvck would I use some autopay & let you cross my property? I'll set up a booth and collect from you based on how much I want to charge you. I'm going to close that booth when I have to take a dump, or when I go to bed. No government, you can't legislate to me what I do (and if everyone else uses autopay), my manual pay/manual pricing becomes much more valuable when you get to my property and need to cross.

For example, I don't want some beaker driving across my property - I don't care how much they can/will pay - they will stay the eff off.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
