production within one jurisdiction at a loss is beneficial to everyone, then why would we consider a separate, unrelated govt agency in that exercise?

Now, if we are talking business decision making reasons of Carrier/UTX, then that is a different exercise. And if the DoD contracts played a heavy role, then that is not a good thing.

That is a real problem
