billions from UTX. it isn't an intervening 3rd party here. It is one of the two negotiators IN the deal.

so when you say citizens and business negotiate deals themselves - one of those voluntary parties here is the federal govt.

so, basically, your point would be a lot more relevant if UTX didn't do billions with the Feds AND if Carrier and UTX weren't subject to the entire complex of taxes, Obamacare, environmental concerns/costs that the US govt has on them.

so yeah, get rid of all those things and govt should butt out.
