Yeah he used whatever leverage he had, as did Carrier. And it seems they are both satisfied with the outcome.

There is a risk of higher air conditioner costs, but I doubt it.

Mexico is the loser here and we will see them sweeten their own deals in the future. Not a terrible outcome.
