APR issues were Kim's as well. We were trying to create the narrative of having obstacles to overcome given that it didn't matter because we weren't really trying anyway. For several years the APR issues from Kim's first offseason were presented as a significant obstacle over and over. All we had to do was request waivers like we do every other year, but to create the narrative we neglected to and self inflicted damage to the program.
