I definitely view each season as an individual journey, and there are positive and negative moments along the way that are not diminished and certainly not wiped out by the end result. 1989-90 and 2011-12 were two of my favorite seasons in MU basketball, even though they both ended in disaster. I'd take those seasons 10 times out of 10 compared to a year like 2001-02 where we underachieved and then recovered to reach the Elite Eight.
