16-16 is trash. Quonzo had the opportunity to remake this team in whatever image he chose. Many teams reloaded, others gained even more talent. Making excuses because of roster turnover aren't legitimate for this season. And, probably won't be moving forward with greater ease of player movement. Banking on cultivating this freshman class to "win" when they are more seasoned is dumb. 60-80% of those guys won't last more than two years.
