This will cost the blue bloods more than middle class schools because the boosters will have to pay actual market rate instead of keeping the kids in the dark about their true value. A Ohio State quarterback is worth more than NFL league minimum. Can Ohio State boosters pay market rate every year for a quarterback in their recruiting classes? If not, then some of the 4stars fall to the middle class schools. The bag men for the OU’s and Auburn’s won’t have near the pull as above the table money.

It will be fascinating.
