a dream team and requires that their paid-for players play at a particular university. That would be a problem. Will there be a cap per player? How is that enforceable? If it's not, how long before the courts say you can't cap the players and tens of millions of dollars are getting poured into one university to buy a team?

Please explain why this message is being reported.
