We both made the Wesley Snipes point.

The proposed rule requires endorsements be declared to athletic departments (and I assume that info would be forwarded to the NCAA). It's all being tracked. So it's no more likely that the IRS causes problems than it would be for any other person with a job.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
