Players pouting about playing time because it's killing their ability to make money.

Players getting into personal disputes with teammates over financial matters.

Coaches having to juggle egos in entirely new ways.

But these are all issues that exist in the real world already—and already exist in college sports. The players who cause real chemistry issues because of this will likely be players who caused chemistry issues without endorsements. The coaches who successfully manage all the egos on their rosters will be the ones who are doing that now already. The teams that win championships will be the ones that successfully put team ahead of self. The teams that fall short of expectations will be the ones that fail to do so, just like now.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
