There will be challenges, but disclosing everything should make it more straightforward than the existing climate IMO.

Athletes will be required to report the income they generate. I don't doubt there will be attempts to skirt the rules, but I also don't doubt the people willing to do that are already doing that, and doing it in ways the NCAA has no real ability to police.
