I don’t see Tilmon going early

He’s not a great rebounder, needs to expand his range and needs to be a better defender to go early.

Rebounding and defense I believe are him being hesitant about fouling. So if he addresses those issues this summer maybe he does.

Also he seems to come away holding his shoulder in almost every game, I wonder if he will need surgery after the season. If so that may slow his development
