Becomes a top 15-20 coach. But we have seen his baseline as a coach.

He’s a good coach that will have his teams defend, play hard, be physical and play meaningful games in February/March. If he can up his recruiting to get more players ranked in the 30-70 range he will have teams that can compete for conference championships consistently
