to field a winner, but we simply don't know yet. Once he's built the program and reshaped this roster, we'll have an idea of his ceiling as a coach. My thinking is that we will have an idea in his 4th year. Should be enough of his guys on the roster by that time to see a glimpse of how good of a coach he can be at MU.
