Isn't that a normal ebb and flow for a mid-major?

You'll have a good senior-laden roster and do well one year and then the next you have to reset and have a couple of down years while you rebuild.

From looking at his roster in 2010-11, it looks like he had a good distribution of scholarships. He had 4 seniors, 3 juniors, and 4 freshman. He didn't leave an all-star team but he was a mid-major coach. He never was going to leave behind a great team.
