and of course we want to live our lives in harmony and conformity with the truth, and we want our society to be in harmony and conformity with the truth. To do otherwise would be foolish in the extreme, no?

So when beliefs are in conflict and actions have to be taken, someone is going to get society to move in their direction over against the wishes of people who believe differently... or there will be no action... which may or may not be in harmony with truth.
