Everything has a price, DH. Why aren't you advocating for mandatory breathalyzers in cars so they won't start without one?

It's an obvious preventative device, but is the cost too high?

the cost is too high for me with checkpoints. DUI is a negligent act, but I support compounded responsibility when negligence or intent are present rather than proactive policing and destruction of lives.
