enforcement of traffic laws?

Maybe we should have speed suggestions rather than speed limits? or stop recommended signs and lights?

Not all people who blow through a school zone after school lets out are going to kill anyone. People run stop signs and stop lights all the time without getting into accidents.

What say you?
