for an ideological mix, only that others had stated that directly. Hence the absurdity of the benefits of placing a wise latina on the court.

And i would not be concerned with the political ideology of the court if all the justices were strict adherents to the constitution and not inclined to right wrongs or address grievances of some groups against other groups.

Justices and all the courts should address what is legal, as opposed to what (they think) is right.

Let the legislators legislate.
