biggest problems over the years has been bad decision making.
Hiring Quin Snyder instead of Bill Self.
Hiring Mike Anderson instead of Bob Huggins.
Hiring Frank Haith instead of Cuonzo Martin.
Hiring Kim Anderson (inexplicable!) instead of Ben Howland (who publicly stated he hoped that Missouri or Tennessee would offer him in 2014).
In fairness, the Quin Snyder and Mike Anderson hires could have worked out well under different circumstances.
