but the *job* is top 25.

Historically, Illinois is a top 25 *program*, and the job is top 25, maybe top 20. Very, very close to Missouri in that regard. I would love to ask the 16 coaches listed in the OP if they would take the Missouri or Illinois job, if those were their two options. I think it would be an even split. Honestly, if I were a head coach I would choose Missouri.
