But, Dayton has been better than Illinois over the past 10 years. Past 15? Illinois and not close.

If we want to compare Illinois and Missouri over the past decade, it would be close. MU has had an E8, but Illinois hasn't had the same depths of losing. Last 15 years? Illinois and it's not as close.

Four of your sentences were in one season under Mike Anderson.

And, of course discussions of "ceiling" are entirely different.
