He has consistently been able to rebuild programs in 2 years, with his teams taking off in year 3.

Top recruiter, excellent coach. The only issue is his age, but that also means he won't be leaving for another job. Mississippi State is hard to win at though, so he would consider leaving for Missouri (a job he openly admitted he wanted back in 2014).
