This is probably his best season ever, sure, but he has a long track record of success. He's not a household name or among the legendary or elite coaches, but he was pretty successful in an unbelievably difficult Big East. He also waxed the floor with Missouri in the first round of the 2011 NCAA Tournament, so I give him credit for that. Cincy teams are tough and play terrific defense.
I could see an argument about him maybe not having the highest "ceiling," but I think at a place like Mizzou or Illinois, he would have the resources to take it to the next level. Not that Cincy doesn't have those resources, but the AAC really makes it tough.
