We are in this mess. If our goal is to hire coaches as cheaply as we can, then forget about being a player on the national stage. In an era where schools are pumping millions into facilities and coaches, we are trying to save a buck? Why in the hell did we jump to the SEC? If we aren't going to be competive and offer up the dollars, we could have just stayed in the big 12 and settled for 6th and 7th place finishes every year and cozied up with Iowa State. C'mon admin, get with the program.
