The Final Four drought still hasn't turned around during any of our lifetimes.
In 2006 we went 12-16. By 2009, we were 31-7 and in the Elite Eight. That's a fast turnround in terms of progress. But on the other hand, its 4 years. And it started by firing Quin midseason in the 12-16 year. And 12-16 as a starting point is a lot farther along than 5-25 or whatever the hell we will be this year. So realistically to me, every year we delay moving on from KA at this point is adding another year to the 5 years or so it will take to maybe climb out of this hole.
