1. He's probably costing the University more in lost revenue than his cheap contract offsets.
2. And we are terrible. These players aren't SEC caliber.
3. Almost any hire will be better.
4. I don't want to be known as the program that will let coaches fail for years and years. Look how that's worked out for Penn State, Rutgers.....
5. You can get a good coach during a NCAA investigation. There are dozens of examples of this occurring.
6. Look at our roster. Do we want this staff to keep recruiting at the level they have recruited? We have almost no talent.
7. The new coach will have upperclassmen no matter what. We have 6 upperclassmen coming back next year.
