that got us where we are today, when Alden panicked after Painter and hired Haith, then when that turned out to be a failure he crumbled and hired KA. Heck even Anderson wasn't exactly the cat's meow of coaches but Alden obviously panicked when Quin walked and hired as fast as he could. Hopefully Sterk isn't a panic hirer like Alden and waits for a good coach instead of taking whoever will sign on the dotted line.
