referring to fit into 2 categories. The first are people who were pretty successful and then they produce virtually nothing and we hold onto them thinking they will turn it around based on history. The truth is they quit working and know it's coming and when it happens they realize they were burned out and deserved to be fired. The other category is people who think sales would be a perfect fit for them and will make a ton of money. Once these people start the job and realize how difficult sales is and the amount work it takes to be successful they tend to implode. For whatever reason some of these people don't want to quit. I have been told multiple times by people they knew this was coming and were glad, relieved etc....
I think KA fits into the implode category and he knows it. He knows he will be much happier coaching and winning at a DII school
