excuses to not take proper actions that are unpleasant. I have fired numerous people over my professional career and everytime I have termed a person that was performing dramatically below what was expected they are always relieved it's over. KA knows his performance is really bad. There is not a coach or AD in the country that would think Sterk is making a mistake by firing KA during the season.
