probably the worst situation. I don't think Frank was a good fit here and would have been fired in year 4 but he inherited a pretty ****ty situation in what turned over after year one and then year 2. He was extremely lucky in what he got in year one but then year 2 and 3 was worse than what Quin/Mike/Kim inherited.
