Quin, Mike, and Frank all took over more challenging rebuild situations and in year three won 24, 31, and 23 games respectively those seasons. The fact that nobody feels a similar trajectory is even remotely realistic is an indication we don't have the right guy for the job, because frankly all three of those guys were flawed in their own way and not ideal.
