I agree with most of this and would elaborate a bit

and maybe add a couple things.

Not just inexperience at recruiting, but getting such a late start along with that, he had no ties to any players during their high school careers.

Inability to coach up current players, mostly true, though i think guys like Rosburg and Post improved under Kim, others like Gant, Clark didn't seem to do their part in taking to the coaching.

So yes, it's much more than simple this or that statements.
