No fan of Johnny Jones and he had team issues. Jealousies among the players and it got to the point it was Ben Simmons vs team. Much of that falls on Jones, handling the big ego, he failed because he coddled Simmons and put up with the others acting out. Weak coach. It takes a strong personality that players respect to get them on the same page.

Coach K has an abundance of elite talent. How many burger boys this year? He won't have chemistry issues with players whining about minutes etc.
Cal did the same in 2014-15. No one complained about platooning or sacrificing their own stats because he convinced them it would not hurt them.
