tactical coaches don't lose at the level he has either. He was dealt a bad hand but he wasn't able to coach his players up and we ended up with two of the worst seasons in Mizzou history. There is no single reason for Kim's failure. It was a combination of lots of factors including Kim's inexperience at recruiting, his inability to coach up his inherited players, and his inability to retain players being 3 of the main factors. To synthesize it down into "he can't coach" or "he can't recruit" is over-simplifying a complex situation.
