team he ever fields while at MU. We aren't going to rebuild back to a team with those capabilities during his tenure.

We now have the undesirable combination of the worst talent and the worst coach in the league. That is rarely a winning combination, particularly paired with overwhelming fan apathy.

Nobody inherits a perfect situation, that it typically why there is a job vacancy. Kim certainly inherited a better situation than either Norm, Quin, Mike, or Frank got. Each of them had harder challenges, they just overcame them rather than making things worse.
