It isn't difficult to assess that MU is extremely poorly coached, prepared, and motivated. I do agree that to a large degree our coach is learning on the job and could potentially do better down the road if he were to be more prepared and less overwhelmed. But MU shouldn't be a training ground for D1 coaches, nor is their much upside in a guy in his 60's maybe figuring things out 4 or 5 years down the road.
MU would like a redo on Quin maybe, because down the road he ended up being a very good coach and just wasn't prepared for the job when we hired him at 32 years old.
