Develop players. With his level of recruiting that is the path to success. Yes Rossbug and Post came along well under KA. The new assistant has a solid reputation for developing perimeter players. So maybe all of the young perimeter players take big steps this year. I have heard good things about his work with Barnett, Hughes and Jackson
