Marquis Booker? "Significant contributor"? Uh no. Guy was redshirted due to injury and was a backup for one year.
Then dismissed four months later for criminal activity. Two years of $cholarship money for one year backup (who's so insignificant I had to lookup his "Career").
That's a bust in anyone's book.

Yes, 2 stars are going to have a greater failure rate. Thus, there's a bigger risk to fill slots with them, right?
Still, this was only one class and I cited it from memory to counteract Tigerz' mention-only of Spoon. Any consideration of diamonds in the rough also has to take into account the failures of that methodology. Ten 2 stars was 40% of that class, then already 5 years into the rebuild and the rest of the B12 North falling into impotency.
