That's the point. You can just pick and choose one here, one there that worked out for us.

Or the ones that didn't.

NFL rosters are loaded with players from small schools/weak P5 programs. Just at random I looked up Iowa State. It has half the players on NFL rosters as we do. And Idaho State has half of that. I doubt either program has much in the way of blue chip recruits. Players grow and mature and develop, so that Spoon did it or Britt did it doesn't make our recruiting vis a vis other programs or the "Experts" wrong.

It's no secret the programs that win big time, over time are the ones who recruit the blue chips.
