Because I can't. And by bust, name the players that weren't at least significant contributors in their careers, because I can't find "8 to 10" as you've said. Two-stars are marginal recruits anyway, so we'd expect a much higher failure rate from that group.
The class had 10 two-stars according to Rivals.
Two-star players from that class who were at least significant contributors or became star players (and other people might remember better who we might add to this list) include:
Marquis Booker
Sean Weatherspoon
Danario Alexander
Tommy Chavis
Players who didn't develop:
Jesse Hernandez
La'Roderick Thomas
Mike Prince
Paul Simpson (who still played in every game for two years and maybe was 2nd string)
Brant Scott
Quran Barge
So at very worst there were only 6 who failed to develop, maybe more like five. 40% became stars for the team or at least significant contributors. There were not "8 to 10 busts" in that class by any method of reckoning I can figure.
